HOUSE RULES

Dear Guests,

Welcome to Holiday Home Natura.

We wish you a pleasant and relaxing stay. To ensure comfort, safety, and a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors, please respect the following house rules.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

Check-in: from 16:00

Check-out: until 10:00

Early check-in or late check-out is possible only upon prior agreement and subject to availability.

SELF CHECK-IN

Self check-in is available via key lockbox.

Detailed arrival instructions, access codes, and parking information will be sent before arrival.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY

Maximum occupancy: 6 guests.

Only guests included in the reservation and registered through the Croatian eVisitor system are allowed to stay overnight at the property.

Unregistered visitors are not permitted without prior approval from the host.

QUIET HOURS

Please respect the neighborhood and keep noise to a minimum between:

22:00 – 08:00

Loud music, shouting, parties, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited.

PARTIES & EVENTS

Parties, celebrations, bachelor/bachelorette groups, and events are strictly prohibited.

The property is intended for peaceful vacation stays only.

POOL RULES

Use the pool at your own responsibility.

Children must always be supervised by adults.

No glass objects are allowed in or around the pool area.

Please shower before entering the pool.

Running, jumping, and unsafe behavior around the pool are not allowed.

Pool towels are recommended for outdoor use.

During the pre-season and cooler months, guests are kindly asked to cover the pool with the solar cover overnight in order to help maintain the water temperature.

OUTDOOR AREA

Please treat all outdoor furniture and equipment with care.

Do not use indoor furniture outside the house.

Indoor mattresses, cushions, and other interior equipment must not be taken outdoors.

Please avoid using outdoor furniture with:

• wet towels,
• wet clothing,
• sunscreen oils or tanning products.

If the table tennis equipment is taken out of the garage, it must be returned to the garage after use.

In case of rain, strong wind, or bad weather, guests are kindly asked to:

close all sun umbrellas,

and store the outdoor furniture cushions inside the garage

in order to keep them dry and protected for future use.

SMOKING

Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited.

Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Please use ashtrays provided.

AIR CONDITIONING & ENERGY

Please turn off:

• air conditioning,
• lights,
• electrical appliances
• when leaving the property.

Keep doors and windows closed while using air conditioning.

BBQ & FIRE SAFETY

BBQ may only be used responsibly.

Open fires and fireworks are strictly prohibited.

Please ensure the BBQ is completely extinguished after use.

CLEANLINESS & WASTE

Please keep the house clean and tidy during your stay.

Separate waste according to the recycling bins provided:

• plastic,
• paper,
• glass,
• mixed waste.

BABY COT

A baby cot is available upon request and subject to availability.

PARKING

Free private parking is available on site.

Garage parking is available for selected vehicles.

Guests are responsible for parking carefully and securing their vehicles.

FURNITURE & EQUIPMENT

Please treat the house, furniture, appliances, and all equipment with care.

Bath towels are not allowed outside the property or pool area.

Any missing or damaged inventory may be charged.

DAMAGES

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

Please report any damage immediately so it can be resolved quickly and properly.

SECURITY

Before leaving the property please:

• lock all doors,
• close windows,
• turn off lights and air conditioning,
• activate the alarm system if instructed.

The owner is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE

Before departure, guests are kindly asked to:

• perform basic cleaning of the property,
• wash or place used dishes in the dishwasher,
• remove all personal belongings,
• take out the trash and dispose of it properly,
• turn off lights, air conditioning, and electrical appliances,
• close and lock all doors and windows.

Upon departure, please return the keys and remote controls to the mailbox/key lockbox as instructed.

Thank you for helping us prepare the house for future guests and maintain the property in excellent condition.

PETS

Pets are not allowed.

DIRECT BOOKINGS & PAYMENT POLICY

For direct reservations made outside of agency or booking platforms, a minimum payment of 30% is required to confirm the reservation.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

A security deposit may be requested for:

• longer stays,
• group bookings,
• or special reservations.

PROHIBITED

The following are strictly prohibited:

• illegal activities,
• weapons,
• drugs,
• fireworks,
• flammable or explosive materials.

RIGHT TO TERMINATE STAY

Failure to respect the house rules may result in termination of the stay without refund.
